Did anyone else love Sylar in this episode as much as I did?? He's so awesome, I love the storyline with Maya/Alejandro & Sylar!

I didn't understand why he told Allejandro he would kill him when he gets his powers back. Because Maya and Allejandro can easy kill him..

But if he kills Alejandro when he has his powers back he would be immune to Maya's power...
So I dont really understand you now

The point is, he can't kill Allejandro now (not with his powers). Maya can kill Sylar (with her power)

So why does he tells he will kill Allejandro? If Allejandro tells Maya she will be in panic and cry and kill Sylar? Or am i missing something?

Alejandro doesn't understand English, if I recall correctly. So Alejandro would not understand anything that Sylar had said, thus making it impossible for Alejandro to tell Maya about it. Anyway I doubt Maya will believe Alejandro, the way she's drooling at Sylar.

Sylar said he would kill Alejandro IF he gets his powers back. So when he has his Telekinesis etc back....

That's still a reason for Allejandro to get rid of Sylar, so not a smart move because they are with 2 versus 1.

I don't know... I like and can really see them further developing the whole Maya/Sylar relationship. However, I suspect (and hope) that the producers are going to evolve Sylar into a somewhat less evil character. I don't know, it's just a general rule that the previous season's Big Bad only returns if s/he becomes no longer evil, or at least not hostilely antagonistic to the protagonists (example: Spike from Buffy).

I don't really have any evidence or reasons for it. It's just a gut instinct of mine and it seems the least expected route of development for the character.

im pretty sure syler sed in the beginning of his speech to Alej that 'u probably don't understand anything im saying' blah blah blah(sumin like that)

Syler is EVIL, love his acting in this season, he's playing Maya like a toy with strings

Syler will kill Alej eventually

If you remember when he started talking to him, he said, "I know you can't understand me, but I wanted to tell you...." Kind of a "let's get this off my chest" moment that all evil guys like to have.

That was just incredible sylar absoloutely sucked in Maya. she's gone after alejandro definetly!

Who's next on the Sylar cut list ?

i believe claire would be next on his hit list because of whathappened at the end of season 1 with hiro stabbing him and him(sylar) needing 8+ surgeries to get better, which may also speed up the rate at which he gets his powers back.

Sylar is the one consistently great character in Heroes..not only does ZQ understand and portray him so well, but he is superbly written. The scene with him threatening Alejandro even though he couldn't understand him was spectacular..the little nod that Sylar gave at the end of that speech was so cunning and spoke a thousand words.

I've always liked Maya and Ale but they are even more interesting now that Sylar is grooming Maya as his "shiny new toy".

Loved the expression ZQ gave after he gave that threat.

he is an awesome actor, the best part of the episode was syler's bit when he openly threatened Alej

They're now inseperable but before they discovered they had powers...

Thank you all for praising me. (haha). Anyway, sooner or later we will see a scene of Sylar just thinking of something, and it suddenly moves into his hand... Then he will like "O.o... hehehe"(in his classic Sylar-ish way), and grin evilly at Alejandro and Maya...

Later on there will probably be a confrontation between Sylar and Alejandro... with Maya somewhere else. *scene then cuts to another storyline, and when we return to this storyline* Maya returns and she would ask what happened to Gabriel and Alejandro would probably say something like he got rid of him. Maya will probably get all pissed, but eventually they drive off... The the scene cuts back to "dead Sylar" and we see the illusion fade and replaced with a open-headed Alejandro... haha.

more like the two lovers drive off into the sun set, happily ever after

Just because they are close doesn't mean they spend every single second of the day together, prior to Maya's powers showing up at least. They are inseparable now because they're both on the run and only Alej is able to turn his sister off. Before that, they might have been close in that they spend lots of time together and got along well but still had separate lives in the form of different jobs, friends, etc. which would account for Maya picking up a new language.

And here I thought the guy couldn't act worth a d***...we finally see a glimmer of talent. Probably just a fluke.

PS. can't wait to see if he eats Monica's brains...maybe then he can learn to act. Tee-Hee!

He would probably be able to pick up some bad vibes from Sylar's menacing look though. I don't want Alej to die! Although it seems pretty inevitable now.

You can pretty much bet on Alejandro to be killed but the question is, will it be done by Sylar ??

Well I guess Alejandro is going to get killed.
We can guess that he will die before ep 11 where Sylar will get supposedly defeated/killed by Elle.
With Elle in company is Mohinder, Maya and Molly. No Alejandro.
So Alejandro got to be killed before that...

With what will Sylar kill Alejandro?

I'd reckon it'd somehow involve Maya killing Alej off. Seeing as how manipulative he's been lately, Sylar could probably be able to convince Maya to impale Alej on a lamppost if he wanted to.

One of the episode descriptions was that Maya had to choose between Sylar or Alejandro. I guess she picks Alejandro, and if they don't kill Sylar then, then Sylar will probably catch up with them in New York, and in some time kill Alejandro. And who said something about Elle killing Sylar? Cos I read somewhere that Zachary will play Sylar for some of this season, then go off for Star Trek, then return again later...

Then again, if the Writer's strike happens we can drop all discussion of the future of this season and start speculating as to how they end everything at episode 11. =/

Elle will supposedly kill Sylar at Isaac Mendez's loft but he'll come back next season I believe, but only if the writers strike will be off and Heroes continues... It's very doubtfull that Heroes continues as it currently is.
