It's definately a woman and it looks more like Dana doing it herself.
However, it could be a other woman that does it for her but she has to look like her Twin in that case.

If she really needs to do everything she should see, she'd be a number 1 stuntwoman

I was wondering, could she "copycat" heroes, including their abilitys?

It looked like Dana to me. But I wasn't exactly looking at who was doing the stunts, I was just more mesmerized by the character's doing.

Yeah, I wondered about that since last week's episode, but I don't think so... I think she can only copy things that "normal" people can do...

I think her power was described as 'adoptive muscle memory', in which case this suggests that she is only able to recreate physical feats that she has observed. She wouldn't be able to duplicate knowledge-based functions, such like Mathematics, etc. but rather dexterity-based functions.

And even then, she wouldn't be able to duplicate the magnitude at which the movements are performed. So, for instance, she wouldn't be able to punch someone through the wall from watching Niki do it, though she would probably learn her punching technique.

im sure she is capable of doing a stunt like that herself
not that i can do it
but im pretty sure she did that herself

Of course she has a stunt double, unless she's a gymnast... or can do own stunts like Jackie chan... lol

yea...if she does all her own stunts and she doesn't have a stunt double, we can expect some pretty boring Monica scenes

why would it be boring if Monica did all her stunts herself?

then all we can expect from her is do double dutch all day
