I had the same problem the first time I tried it last Monday. This Monday I was able to get on there. This is the way I did it so maybe it will help you next time.

About ten minutes before the show started, I signed on to NBC Heroes and clicked on the place it says to get to the Heroes 360 Experience. That brought up a screen that gave the instructions...well it just said that this is where you enter the experience during Mondays during the show. So as soon as the show began, I ran to my computer (I don't have a laptop but I can see the tv from my desktop) and click on that bar. I have slow dialup so it takes a bit to load up. Finally, the screen pops on. As soon as Claire and Zach started talking to Sandra Bennet about going to the museum to work on their project, the FUN FACT about manatees pops up. I would go back and watch the episode and each time commercial came on I would go back to my computer and it had a question to test your knowledge about Heroes...this one How much money did Niki pay to send Micah to private school? It had four choices and I selected one and click the send button on screen and in a bit it comes back and tells me how audience voted on the question. 51% voted that it cost $25,000. I copied nine screens with this type of info. Now I don't know if there is suppose to be something else to encounter here or if this is it. Well, that's interesting but not especially helpful for anything to be worth the bother and effort it took. But I will probably do it again just in case they pass on any info that we can really use. But don't know that I will keep it up indefinately.

But give it a try again and see what you think. Oh, and I had to create another name and password for the 360 experience so be prepared to go ahead and do that when the first screen pops up after you click on the bar. Good luck.

This is the 3rd week I've used it....I keep saying I'll stop using it due to the "distractions"(pun intended)...but I keep logging on to it...

The facts presented and questions asked are relevant to the show...but it does make focusing on the show difficult...
