Did no one happen to catch the license plate on Hiro's dad's car??? Hint: has to do with the dad's future career in the Final Frontier.

I didn't notice..what did it have on it?

This is really cool how they tied in Star Trek with the whole easter egg thing!

I love easter eggs!

By the way, who is watching LOST on wednesday?
Just wondering?

-Alic

By the way, for the LOST lovers here, There is a whole season 1, 2 and (part of) 3 recap at 9:00 O'Clock, before the "NOT IN PORTLAND" Episode (S03E07)!

So it will catch you up and tell you just about everything you need to know before whatching it again!

Yeah, you're right. BUT, only deep track Star Trek fans would have ever noticed that reference. In any event, I think they were also paying homage to the original -- and to Masi's interest in ST. Remember when Hiro gave Mr. I-sock (Isaac) the "live long & prosper" hand sign at the bus stop? smile.gif

BTW, did you notice the car itself? A Maybach. That's one hot luxury car -- and mega-expensive at ~$390,000 USD (give or take $10k).

Hmm....from the posted summary:

WITH THEIR NEW PATHS BECOMING CLEARER, SOME "HEROES'" FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS ARE DRIVEN APART -- GEORGE TAKEI ("STAR TREK"), CHRISTOPHER ECCLESTON ("DR. WHO")...

I also hear Mr. Nakamura played Sulu in the old Star Treks. Funfun biggrin.gif

That's funny that they incorporate little tidbits like that into the show so that the most observant fans can find them
