im so excited for this one! i loved mummy 1 and 2....2 was the best....rock as the scorpion was really cool....
BUT ARGHHHH no rachel weisz this time...this sucks big time ...i loved the brenden/weisz chemistry...that was one of the things that made the movie so memoralbe...
first no kate beckinsale in underworld 3 and now no rachel im mummy,.,,arghhh

no way im seeing this. mummy 1 and 2 were amazing and good enough for me.

Me also i like mummy 1 and 2 and both are very good movie. film maker have done good work and i like location also like same 10th century and mummies is also very fearful. in th first part i like last scene where a man was very excited for money and for money he was lose his life. dangerous movie.. but i like.

Jet Li is in this one. I get the feeling that while it may be watchable, it will also be another lame rehack.

I absolutely loved the first two films, and I'm very worried for this one. The first two movies were amazing all on their own, and I don't think that they should stretch out the series anymore by making a third one. Not only is Rachel NOT in this film, but they are keeping the character Evie and just portraying her as a different actress. That is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves when it comes to any film series. I've also heard that they aren't including Alex (the son) in this film. And I'm SO upset that it isn't being placed in Egypt. It's a MUMMY movie, for crying out loud! While yes, Jet Li and the Jade Dragon whatnot is very inventive and creative, it feels like it's just going to be a let down in the series. Though I'll probably be wrong and love it all on it's own.

i was pretty hyped about this movie.....but now, i still haven't watched the movie....
something doesn't seem right....the reviews tell the movie suck,,,my friend's didn't enjoy it...plus, no rachel weisz.....

Well, I have seen the movie.. In my opinion Rachel Weisz should have portrayed the part because Maria Bello didn't have much chemistry with Brendan Fraser in my opinion, and didn't portrayed the character in a right way. I enjoyed the movie though, I think being set in a different place was really cool, I guess it led to a nice change And Jonathan it's such a funny character.. It had the elements of being a good action movie, and the first one was simply loved by everyone, but it disappointed me a bit, although some parts were pretty enjoyable, and overall it's a watchable film.

i'm a huge fan of the first two films and after reading bad reviews (and having a general disliking for third films in any franchise) i wasn't expecting too much. i went to see it anyway a few days ago, it's pretty enjoyable and worth a watch if you haven't seen it already but it doesn't live up to the first two successes in my opinion and like Sarah_PT said i really love the character of Jonathan so i would go to see it again just to watch John Hannah's perfomance

This is an exhausted franchise that the studio has no problem exhausting more every couple of years, as to make a quick buck. Bello has signed up for 4 more.

4 more ? Geez in my opinion that's too much, but I want to see how they're gonna make the movie turn out
