We certainly know that whoever HRG works for, that person has to be very powerful with plenty of money. We seem to be receiving clues that it could be Linderman and he would fit the powerful and rich bill.
Is there no end to what this person can do? As an example of Linderman's power is he must have called in a few favors to get someone on death row to confess to Jessica's crimes and the DA to drop the case. Now, why would he do that? Most likely wants to use Jessica to again do something for him.
A second example is that he must have some influence with the FBI, maybe has that red headed FBI agent in his pocket because she seemed way to friendly with HRG during the raid on Primatech Paper looking for Sylar. She sure seemed to be covering for HRG and in a hurry to get the SWAT/FBI agents out of there.

I suspect that Linderman sees the Heroes' power as a way to get more if he has them in his control. Could HRG actually be working for The Deveaux Society? Who would be in charge since Charles death? Or is he really dead? Could Samone have taken her father's place and be in charge of the company now? Samoine seems very mysterious sometimes like she knows more than she lets on and has so many contacts with the various Heroes almost like she is keeping tabs on them (a watcher?). Or might it be a Board of Directors on which could sit any of the above meantioned characters? Could The Deveaux Society just be another front for Linderman?

Now that you bring up the "Omega Agency," I came across this article last week in my research of the orginization... VERY INTERESTING!!!

The more I work with different agencies, the more I realize these folks are just drones, there seems to be a bigger picture that not everyone gets to see. I was responsible for a large program in the state, and sometimes the guidance I would receive made no sense. Then a big event would occur somewhere on the planet....then things would tie together oh so nicely....

No one seems to know...he is commonly refered to as the Hatian, even by the other cast members. On the boards he will sometimes be refered to as SED (Scary Euro Dude).
