Ok with all this back and fourth between the Company and HRG, and Mohinder being used as a pawn by both of them, who is working "For the greater good?" and what part does Adam/Kensai play in all of this?

I, for one, believe that Bob is using Mohinder's confession that he was working with HRG to manipulate him to not only turn him against HRG, but also uses West to turn Claire against HRG (as we have seen she was quite angry with her dad this episode). I guess I'm proposing that Mohinder will infact kill HRG with Claire and West just chilling on the side, only to have them both regret this action in the future when they realize Bob and the Company's motives.

Anyway, what do you all think, who's on who's side? It's all getting quite confusing at this point, but exciting none the less!

Overall, excellant episode!

I think the company is working for the greater good, but it's reckless. Too reckless. HRG knows this so he's trying to take it down. Thus, I think they are both working for the greater good, merely with different perspectives.

As for the Kensei case - Peter seems to be his new wonderful pawn to manipulate and carry out his wishes. As to what it is he wishes? It seems that he was the one who united the 12 in the first place. Eventually, they saw him for what he was and incarcerated him since he can't die. Peter helped him escape and now he's killing them off for putting him away. His ultimate goal, I think, is world domination. He asked for half of Japan from White Beard so he clearly wants power. Also, as Bob stated, he thinks he's a God.

I feel like, though HRG is being extremely reckless, and overly emotional, taking down the Company would probably be best.
I hope Mohinder doesn't kill him.
