This is where the preview for next week is, and first Elle is playing with Peter, because I think at that point he still had no memory. And then, 18 seconds in, the two are kissing, so Elle is the new girl in Peter's life?

The episode is supposed to be taking place four months ago, but yes, they probably had some "relations" somewhere in those four months.
