Hiro = Getting "hammered" to shape up to be just like 'Future' Hiro?

In Season 1, Ando died in the future which is the reason why 'Future' Hiro was born. This was a non-"yatta!"-ing, non-smiling, very emo version of Hiro and most people loved that bad-a** Hiro.

It seems that in Season 2, the events that are unfolding leads me to think that he SHOULD end up being like his future self in season 1 since everything that happens to him this season has a lot more emotional impact than just losing Ando. I love the idea that he experiences heartache in the past from losing/betraying/being betrayed by a friend and having to leave the girl he likes/likes him back and him going back to the future thinking that Ando and his father are waiting for him to listen to his stories and to console him from his experiences in the past.

And then he indeed goes back to the future and he hears from Ando that his father has been murdered (by no less than his old friend...at least, indirectly). BAM. I love that look on Hiro's face. I guess that's probably the last time we'll be hearing a jolly, high-pitched Hiro at least for now. No more "Yatta"s.

That's a good point, I never thought of that. It does seem that Hiro keeps getting faced with things that will shape him into being his future self from "Five Years Later". It's a shame though because I love the "Yatta!" spouting Japanese man, but if that's where the writers wanna take him, there's not much I can do with about it.

Strike is going to last long Thats for sure.
So after ep11 we're defitenely going to see Heroes next year :/
I wonder which major TV Shows has been affected by the strike too?

Probably most shows? I don't know... Well at least not all is lost yet. They may pick up on what's to come after episode 11 next year, so we'll still have the rest of our season, just 1 year later.

It seems to me since the beginning of this season that the character development of our heroes is going towards what we saw in ''Five Years Gone''. The events we witnessed may not happen but the characters seem to be evolving in that direction.
Just too bad it all ends on December 3rd .

I read that all major shows will be affected but that Lost would be spared a bit because their season starts later and that most of the season is already scripted. As for 24, I don't know.

aw shucks. Yatta -ing is one of his trademarks. Let him yatta... at least when Adam dies... LOL

No...no...no...what's more funny is if he "YATTA"s after (UNCONFIRMED MAJOR FUTURE SPOILERS. HIGHLIGHT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETIOn) he successfully buries Adam alive in the end.

The first Yatta was and still is the best Yatta ever!

i doubt he will YATTA after that. he will mourn in sadness and in happiness of avenging his father's death.

maybe they could do this for bloopers. (:

The bloopers idea would be a nice addition to the DVD for season 2.

you rememer that very serious "yatta" when he finally stabbed sylar in "how to stop and exploding man" , i don't think the yatta is dead. lol
