She only killed herself... or did she? When peter went to the future... all of those bodies were infected with the Shanti virus. Was Nicky the catalyst that started spreading the virus? Did she, in turn, kill all those people? And.... Did Parkman's father know this? Was it part of his plan?
No, he was just messing with her. He meant that she was gonna go on a throw-through-windows type killing spree on the company

this would be an interesting twist. maybe that is adam's plans and maury thought niki is the best doll to be used for this.
