Actually I think I can already answer some of the questions here.

- Sylar got saved by Candice and got through surgeries in the company(was mentioned by candice in the third episode).

- Peter survived, Nathan almost died but got saved through Adam.

- Peter had an encounter (as spoiled and through the preview to be seen) with Elle and the Haitian.
That means he has the haitians power additional to elles and that the haitian is the cause of his partial memory loss.

I have more confirmations but most of them would be out of place here so I'll stop right there. ^^

Peter exploded 4 months ago. Adam escaped 2 weeks ago. More time travelling, or did Nathan spend a lot of time in critical condition?

Or maybe Bob was lying when he said "two weeks ago Adam escaped" but I can't see any reason for that lie.

It would be kinda cool, but how could Peter get the Haitian's power if his power is to block other powers? Except, because of the virus. The Haitian couldn't use his power, so Peter was able to get it.
But that's only a theory, though

What I want to know is how it is possible to bag Peter.

If we assume that they used the Haitian, which is very likely given the episode synopsis, then there appears to be a few problems. Unless the Haitian was there to supress Peter's abilities for the entire time he was in captivity he could have just used any number of his abilities to break out, time/space comes to mind. The only way to nullify Peter's abilities, or atleast decrease there effectiveness is to take away Peter's memory, and thus take away the degree of control and understanding that he has built up. Now if this is true then how could Peter help Adam. In the teaser for the new episode you see Peter meeting Adam in captivity. Clearly he has not had his memory taken at this point as he knows his own name, something he doesnt know when he turns up in Ireland. Obviously Peter helps Adam escape, and it is likely that the condition is to help him save his brother. This would seem to suggest that Nathan originally died. If this is true then how is it possible that Peter/Adam managed to save Nathan without Nathan having any knowledge of adam's involvement. Alternatively Peter may have pushed Nathan away from the blast in an effort to get him to safety, but Nathan lost conciousness and would have been killed by the fall if not by the radiation. So the help that Peter needs from Adam is to heal him after Peter has time/spaced to catch his falling iradiated body.

I have lots of questions and I doubt they will answer them all.
First of all, how did Nathan survive? He was probably far from Peter (according to the promo) but still was hit. I think the theory about it that he was healed by Adam´s blood is right.
Did Haitan make Peter and Nathan forget that they were saved by Company? So Nathan wasn´t able to remember?
And what is Haitan´s role in all of this? Whose side is he on? Did he help Bennet in that time? And how did he get the virus?
Why did Heidi leave Nathan? Did Mrs.Petrelli say her about abilities in their family? and how the hell become from Nathan drunk loser we saw in first episode?
Of course, how did Peter get to Ireland and who did send him there?

haha ye. that is the burning question in my mind too lol. prolli the company shaved him or something.
In relation to a previous post about flaws in the company keeping peter bagged/tagged because he could just use his powers to bust out.......
what if he wanted to be there? the company is prolli helping him deal with his abilities. He prolli felt guilty about what he did to Nathan and sought help from them. then while they were keeping him locked away from danger he met Adam. Adam convinced him the company was bad.... and so he busts them out. They hatch some plan to change history which will have a net negative effect. Haitian comes along and erases peters memory and sends him off to Ireland so he cannot be Adams pawn.....

thats my theory about it all......

methinks that the Hatian made a big boo boo when he wiped Peter's memories...
