Just watched the preview of chap 8. Last scene was Peter introduced himself to what appears to be an inmate who turned out to be Adam.

Did he actually free Adam?

Note that Bob said to Nathan that Peter was alive and they kept him after the bomb exploded but he got LOST? And Adam escaped? That was why Elle is looking for him. So do you guys think it's possible Peter and Adam met while inside the facility and Adam managed to manipulate Peter to free themselves?

I was also wondering the exact same thing. After all, under the company, Peter could have realized his maximum potential and learn how to control all his powers. (Just like how Matt and Ted powers got more prominent after being bagged n tagged by the company).

And Peter had powers like stopping time, super strength, being able to fly, phasing etcetc...

So yeah I thought Adam escaped because Peter helped him.

It certainly seems possible Peter freed them both, however... Adam could also have freed Peter and than Peter thought of him as the good guy.

You know it's really easy to see how Adam can escape! He cuts of his head and crushes his skull through the bars, than his body regrows at his head and in a couple of second he would have a whole new body on the outside of his cell! That would however leave a big mess and I don't think the company would every keep a guy like this in a cell maybe of simple bars. not too serious on this, but would be freaky if they showed something like this on the show.

Also how did Peter get into the container? or at least why? my best guess is the Haitian freed him and tied him up there, so he could start a new life. Still how would the company now?

Crushing his skull thru the bars is a little impossible granting that Adam may die if his brain die... that's how they get "sylar-ed" right? It'll be too graphic for the show, I doubt it.

But let's just wait for the next chapter!

really good point, it makes sense really and i also agree with MrJP about the Haitian because in the preview you see peter with him.

His brain likely got damaged in the explosion as well, but like I said. I wasn't to serious about it, something like that could never make it to television.... or at least should

Yea, I guess that's right. Possible the Haitian helped him escape, but then , Peter helped Adam? So maybe it explains why Adam left a note to Peter that he was right about the company-- because they were talking in prison.

but why would he need to do that? peter could either walk through the wall out of his cell and open the door using TK or super strength, or he could just teleport out!

but agree it would be cool if that happened!

so peter got out of jail using DL's phase, helped Adam get out aswell due to his manipulation, both split up, adam tells peter to meet him in montreal, haitian meets peter and gets rid of his memories and sends him to ireland

^^Sounds good until you start wondering why the Haitian would do it... but then, why is he helping Noah do the same work he despised doing at the Company?

This is what I believe happens.

The Hatian is blocking Peter's powers, Peter acquires said powers and comences to block the Hatian. Once this happens he escapes!

A fight (or a deal) ensues and the Hatian is rendered powerless and picks up the virus somehow...ashamed of himself he travels back to Haiti waiting for his death.

Yea, the Haitian can't use his power on Peter because Peter got it too. But why does he have the virus? He can't just pick it up from there, then peter would've died too and so will Adam.

peter never took the haitians powers, if he could use those powers then there wouldbe a hu8ge writing flaw.

am i missing something? peter helped adam escape yeah but then elle electrocuted adam so i'm guessing he got locked away again, how did he escape a second time?

You never saw he got caught by Elle so even if he is electrocuted he can escape from Elle, provided he heals fast enough.

If you catch it quickly enough you can see Adam running away from Elle as she tells the Haitian to get Peter...

In case you didn't notice: this question was posted way before chap 8. I suggest you READ and be involved early on to these threads. This topic was posted before as a speculation prior Chap 8, did you ever read the dates posted?

Plus, add in the fact that the poster asked if he had escaped AGAIN (ie, he knew he was free when he met Peter in Montreal but couldn't work out if he escaped with Peter or after a possible recapture by Elle)
