The DOKTOR
The latest preview shown on the GotHeroes opening page (the one with the fire ball (Peter/Nathan) emerging from the NY City landscape) is just AMAZING! I love it!
It looks like an amateur video shot from across the river; is it part of the next episode or is it a teaser for ''Four Months Ago''?
It shows Peter picking up Nathan falling right after the explosion (I guess that's what it is, following the trail of smoke...). I'm not sure what's the point of my post but I just had to say that I was really impressed ohmy.gif with the special effects on this one. Wow!
Any comment?

This video was attached on a message Drucker (a relative of Hana Gitelman - wireless) sent to her. It is part of Heroes Evolution (360) and I think it probably will be shown next episode. I hope so.
The DOKTOR
Thanks for the info!
I knew there was a Hana Gitelman sub-plot happening but I didn't think they were pushing it that far.
How do people get time to keep up with all that stuff ?biggrin.gif Just when I thought the Heroes universe was elaborate enough as it is!
Guess I'll have to check it out during the looooong break coming up after December 3rd... sad.gif

Are you sure that's Peter catching nathan falling? cause Peter was sort uncontrollable at that point. He can't control his powers so how can he catch Nathan when he was all confused on all his jumbled powers? The least he can do was save himself from falling. And another thing, the "flying man" looked like he came from a lower part of the city (farther part too) so it couldn't be Peter. Another thing, Peter lost his memory when he exploded, meaning he would've been disoriented by then. He can't tell who was falling (you know). So I think that guy who saved Nathan was WEST. he could have been working for the company all along, and he was tasked to track Claire but maybe accidentally fell in love with her. Well that's just me though.

1. Doubt it was West... he can't fly that fast, or at least, he tends to go at a leisurely pace. Also, at this point in time West didn't know Claire - unless he works for the Company; they don't seem to hire many kids though so I doubt it - and no one at all really knows Nathan is Claire's father (not even in the Company from all signs.) The Company also doesn't spread its information around internally. Even if they expected Peter to blow up, they wouldn't expect Nathan to fly to rescue him or even be anywhere NEAR there, so West - EVEN if they told him what was going on, which I really really doubt, he's not a high-up - wouldn't know it was Nathan. The entire situation seems pretty far fetched.

2. Ted never lost his memory when exploding (granted he never did it on that grand a scale). The only thing involved with memory loss so far has been the Hatian. I believe Peter knew very well what was going on and remembered everything right after he exploded. Having regained control, he flew down to rescue his brother. His memory loss comes later on.

3. The smoke trail curls around. Flyer came from above.

1. West can fly. That's the point.Either he flies leisurely or fast, it's still flying. Besides he flies leisurely only when he's kinda relaxing. What about the time he grabbed Claire and went after Debbie? He was flying a faster there, didn't he?
2. You're right, Ted's explosion was not on a grand scale, Peter's was. Ted blew up a house. Peter blow up an entire city. Remember that the Haitian is working for both sides, for HRG and for Angela Petrelli (shown in season 1). So why take his memory? For what? To help him forget his power? Then why would future Angela encouraged Peter to remember, even citing what he can do?
3. Can't prove if the smoke trails around. He could be flying on a stright line and swooped only to catch Nathan.

1. That's not the point. West has NEVER shown ANY relation to New York, the Bomb, or Peter or Nathan. His role is entirely ruled out in this 4 months ago thing. Also, didn't the company WANT the bomb to happen?
2. The Haitian doesn't work for the company (Angela Petrelli) anymore (aka, he only works on Bennet's side, to keep Claire alive). Remember, when Mohinder cures the Haitian, he also states that he works for a company, leaving the Haitian to take his memory away and escape. He obviously doesn't work for the company anymore. I'm also pretty sure that the ability to explode doesn't have ANYTHING to do with memory loss. Remember, when they find Peter hidden in the crate in Cork, Ireland, he is found wearing the Haitian's Necklace, meeting that within the 4 months, he meets the Haitian and loses his memory at a later date, after the bomb.
3. Video's blurry, you could both be right.

Well, it comes out in two days anyways.... wink.gif

Peter didn't lose his memory when he exploded, you will see in episode 8 how he lost it.
It seemed to me that nathan was falling, peter exploded, then regenerated and came back flying to catch Nathan.

I think nathan picked him up, took him into the air, left him there to blow up and flew away
this is why we see the trail of smoke from nathan flying away, nathan has his scarred face, maybe on fire due to the radiation and puts it out, he thinks peter died in the explosion, meets adam who heals his scarred face, peter gets taken in by the company, meets elle who he gets the electricity power off, meets haitian sumhow who erases all his memory and sends him to ireland in a crate

For the rest of the comment, I can't contest. But have you read the graphic novel? chapter 53:The Crossroads. Suresh losing his memory was part of the plan. So he didn't "escape."

I think it's Peter who healed Nathan. He came in contact with Linderman not Adam.
GeneZ
when did peter came in contact with linderman again???
matty
like maybe any time seeing as linderman was a friend of the patrelli family. so could have picked up this power very early on and just never known to use it.

What makes me think it's Peter picking up Nathan are the TV Guide photos where you can see Peter holding an all burned up Nathan. Plus in the three clips section, Bob tells Peter that Nathan is in "dire condition"...

Anyways, we'll see tomorrow...

Exactly my reason of thinking Peter caught Nathan.
comatose
hmmm...i thought it was nathan who flew and caught peter all burnt up. i never thought peter could have healed that fast from the explosion.

Ted didn't burn when he exploded. Why should Peter?
