I'm pretty sure that the dark secret is the "abilities" that Aruthur and Anglea carried, and now Nathan and Peter carry. If you look at the trailer for the preview for 'Four Months Ago', Angela is speaking to Nathans wife. I'm also guessing that they might hint at Nathans kids or atleast one of them being an carrier of the abilities.

I believe this to be the secret aswell.

i have a feeling its nothing to do with the ability. more of what they did in the past and they have been keeping it from everyone. and since both the brothers were "gone", angela thought that it was only wise for her to tell heidi about the secret, cos if anything happens to angela, the secret is gone forever. but learning about the family secret, heidi was shocked and ran away.

west and claire being siblings is quite weird. i dont think they have the intention of including incest as part of their theme. it would be funny considering the relationship claire had with peter on season 1.

Nah, I think the dark secret is the mental instabilities she wants Nathans wifey to think he has to throw her off from the truth. Nathan was said to blabbing on about flying and stuff to his wife, which to an ordinary non hero, this would sound crazy, which Angela wants his wife to think, hence the Dark Secret in the family, starting with Nathan's father.
