Ok i saw the preview and i tried to tie all the loose ends together...Like a puzzle
i think that Bob and Mohinder will get hold of Claire after HRG and Claire had a fight. HRG will somehow get hold of Elle. Then the two daughters will be held as hostages
The two daughters will go on exchange and then Bob will try to take down HRG, but HRG knocked the gun off Bob and Bob was kneeling (for some weird reason) and HRG tried and shoot him, hence the Elle crying, but then Mohinder shoot HRG first because Mohinder believed Bob is doing the right thingMake sense?
amplification.

Hands on face is a traditional shock posture... has nothing to do with his nose. If he'd just gotten hit in it after what Niki did, there'd be a very profound expression of pain on his face imo... haha

kneeling to try and pick up his gun... or to plea for mercy...I like your theory though... makes a lot of sense...
