I think Sylar's powers will probably come back in this episode. My theory is that they drugged Sylar the same way they drugged Peter in the company. So his powers should come back after approximately 5 days. Those haven't passed yet, so it's very likely that he's getting his powers back this episode.

Also in the episode description it states that Maya has to choose between Alejandro and Sylar. If he would have been getting his powers back in the episode before, why would Alej still be alive?

Peter wasn't drugged by the company. He was given placebos trick him and instead the Haitian was blocking out his powers.

My theory is: Sylar is the one to spread the virus, not Nikki. he was injected the virus to take away his abilities by Candice (under the company.)

so Sylar is never gonna get his powers back, unless he is cured by Adam (which i doubt). It would be too much if we see a duel between Hiro/Adam and Peter being torn in between plus a Sylar? That would be overkill. So I think he will just use Maya.

I think he have the virus... and now he somehow need to take either Claire's or Adam's power. Or they just give him their blood... but it would be indeed more exiting if Sylar was back with regenerationability!

I've been sad without Sylar....

First they didn't put Peter in the first several episodes this season, then we haven't seen hardly any of Sylar once they finally started showing Peter once in a while.

Now, I didn't want the exact same plot as last season, but I did want Sylar to have a bit of a larger role this season than he has. I think we've definitely been lacking on the bloody scenes that I grew so fond of Sylar providing last season. And with him not having any powers....it's just even worse. I wish they would've given him major power malfunction instead of stripping him completely. It would've been funny to see him try to move something with his mind, misfire and then crash into the wall or something. I would've enjoyed that much more.

Actually I like the idea that Sylar's in the sidelines... it was better that he was killed off last season. Why? Well, a same villain will be really boring. It's like watching Batman battling Joker every episode. That's why they created more villain like riddler or pengiun...

Then howcome after 5 days or so the effect of the drugs wore off. I don't think that the effect of the hatian can wear off.

Hmm if he really has the virus he should know that Mohinder can cure him (Shandra told him about Shanti right?). Could explain why he is in his apartment.

Sylar would just tk matt thru the wall and he's done with, can't even start Sylar's nightmare. That is if Sylar gets his powers back.

He would maybe tk him ON the wall but definately not through it....
However, Matt knows Sylar from the end of season one already so Sylar won't get the chance to do this even if he gets his powers back which I highly doubt. The reason why Elle turns to be a hero is because she will obviously be the one to save molly and mohinder. Though since he kidnaps molly instead of killing her, it's obvious that he doesn't have this powers back.

He will probably try to force mohinder to help him get his powers back and have molly with them only so he can try them on her afterwards. Though his plan won't work because Elle will come into play.

Probably this "Knox" guy thats been mentioned, in fact i think we are going to see him in the last couple episodes because in the original spoiler for episode 11 they mention him

Yeah but with the writers strike he should be back when the show starts. I can't wait for a Matt/Sylar showdown. The fat guy should get to show off his new abilities, it's only fair. I don't think Sylar is gonna kill Molly. She's just too cute (you can't kill off cute kids can you? That would be EVIL. Oh wait... never mind ).
But aside from that her tracking ability is a great way to join multiple plot lines together. She's to useful a character (speaking from the writer's point of view).

He is injecting himself with those shots, very possibly the same ones mohinder is carrying after all hes on his way to see Sylar, did u see Maya next to him?
