Why is Noah still alive? As soon as Noah got shot, I told my family that Bob had the blood and could save Noah. They said "Oh, yeah, they can!"
I said they wouldn't because they have no reason to keep him alive. Apparently, however, they do.
So what the holy **** is the reason?
p.s. the visual/dialogue reference to Claire's autopsy episode ending was hilARIous

I would like to know that myself. But I imagine they're gonna put him through hell.

first thing i thought of besides from the irony with Claire in V1 was that he will be the company's "new sylar"... or maybe they will just use him to get claire's blood... or maybe both

I think there going to use him as Collateral, however from the picture with Claire holding an urn, i think there going to use his knowledge for there purposes.

I imagine now that they've brought him back, he'll have a greater understanding of Claire's importance.

Or maybe Bob honestly has changed and this is his olive branch to Noah, not to mention that it is litteraly living proof to Noah that they weren't lying about Claire's blood, and maybe it can get him to come around to.

Maybe they'll lead Claire to believe that his father is dead. So that they won't go after them and they will use Noah for something...

I think its worth pointing out that they've painted a picture of Noah as one of the better if not best agents the company has had. He could have some value we don't quite know.
Or it could be the olive branch. That would fit with this show's constantly changing alligences. The only problem is the way Bob described him...loyal to the end.

I like the "olive branch" idea... it would really develop the "is the Company actually being nice to people?" theme.

There is that though. I think what he meant is that the Company
knew what she could do and gave her to Noah to protect, without telling him she had a power. If they didn't know what she could do, they might have at least told him, but it sounds like they thought it was important enough to protect her from everyone. Maybe?
So, loyal to Claire, not to the Company.

i would like to know the reason for reviving him?
i could only speculate that they want to use him, lock him in the company like a dog on a leash

Funny, when Noah get shot, I was wodnering if you could save him with the blood or not.
I would think: He has been a good member of the company. At all he has much abilities. Not like a Hero of course, but he get very far and could be very useful. Maybe they want him to work again.
Another speculation cpould be, if Noah could be saved by Adam and if it his blood. Noah could help to bring them down. But I see the point, if Adam knows where Noah is. But if Adam followed Bob to get a choice killing him, it isn't impossible. Peter can fly and with his help he could be on every place very fast.

Assuming that the Company is responsible for Noah's revival, there are actually multiple reasons for them to do so. Here's just some right off the top of my head:
1. As people have mentioned, Noah is portrayed as one of the Company's top agent. Hence, it would make sense that they want him back in the fold, doing so by holding Claire's freedom over his head. This makes sense especially since the only other active field agent, Mohinder has proven absolutely inept in the field, especially in regards with the 'morally gray' aspects. Noah makes a better alternative since he is more than capable of doing those even without the threat of Claire's safety. That being said, it also has great potential from a storytelling perspective since it would set up an interesting dynamic between Noah, Mohinder and Bob.
2. Alternatively, it could be used as an incentive to bring Claire into the Company. Bob has already shown interest in doing so, given what he said to Claire prior to the confrontation. This is because Claire is currently the most likely antidote to the Shanti virus that isn't actively out to kill them. Additional evidence can be seen in next episode's preview where Claire has a confrontation with Elle, which could be where the latter tells Claire that her father is still alive and thus offer her the proposition.

I think the company is going to use Noah now that he owes them with his life. And if he refuses, they know where and how to find Claire again. The are going to emotionally blackmail Noah to follow the company rules and maybe, just maybe convince Claire that the company is not all as badass as it seems, since it saved him. Claire realizing this, thinks that she owes her father at least just this, playing into the company's web of deceit.
