Ok so the reasoning behind my statement is the conversation between Bob ad Nathan (I believe during chapter 7, "out of time". Bob is explaining to Nathan that Adam Monroe has been captive by the company for 30 years after he got caught and the reason for that is because he got really dangerous and wanted to destroy the planet. Bob also makes a remark about Linderman being a disciple of Adam's and thus my question is:
If Bob is "new management" for the Company and he basically replaced Linderman (who was the original boss), why would Linderman catch and imprison Adam, that doesn't make any sense.
Plus in this new company we see that Thompson" has disapeared, it just seems a bit strange to me that Adam would be captive by his own disciple for over 30 years....care to give your opinion?

Don't know what you're talking about with Thompson, he's dead and buried, killed by Noah.
Anyway regarding your theory, it may be possible that the Twelve Leaders of the Company had a falling out of sorts. Perhaps some wanted Monroe locked up, some didn't. In the end the majority voted for his captivity? Hence he goes to jail (Company jail). Linderman may have headed the Linderman Group, with the Casinos and Kirby Plaza and all. Kaito, we know is based in Japan. Charles Deveux, well he has the Deveux building, no idea what they do in there but surely must have some use. The Petrellis have their law firm. Maury is just a backstabbing scum (LOL). Yeah. Bob, as we recently learned, was the head of Primatech Paper. So they all have different factions... under one banner, the Company, but the idea of inter faction disagreements is perfectly plausible. Well for starters, the way Bob locked Peter up to prevent him from exploding indicates he's against the bomb. One other person we know likely against it was Charles. As for Linderman, he probably was in cahoots with Angela. Kaito was just acting in his son's best interest. Yep.. i could continue rambling but I think you roughly have what I mean.

Do you know that he's DEFINATELY dead?
As he was part of the company he *might* have a power...
And...
I've seen spoiler hints on other sites that Thompson may reappear... and it doesn't say its in flashback... Ooooooh!!

"Company policy: one of us, one of them"
Find his partner, find out whether he has a power or not.
But I'm pretty sure we would've seen a power from him in season 1 if he had one.

Thompson was shot in the head. Twice. Thereīs no coming back from that lol. And Thompson didnīt had a partner because he wasnīt a field agent like HRG, Claude, Haitian and the others. Thompson was just a manager. The link between the bosses and the employes.

Thompson died in Season 1.
I'm thinking that Linderman doesn't know that Kaito et al captured Adam. they may have told him that Adam left or whatever. Maury might've known the truth lately when Adam escapes, finds maury and that created a killing spree for both of them, attacking Kaito (by adam), Angela (by maury), Bob (by maury thru nikki).

They don't have Adam's blood... that was why they need Claire.

WHATEVER the case. Thompson was dead, his body wasn't discovered for a long while... even if they attempted to treat him, he was gone longer than Noah. Noah probably recieved the blood quite immediately, probably directly from the place he fell, straight to the Company cell and healed. Thompson's dead body was hidden away for a good time, so less chance of revival. In addition, you forget, in Season 1, Adam was in jail, and they didn't take his blood, and also they had none of Claire's blood. So... THOMPSON IS DEAD.. haha. touche.
