Ok so I thought this trough and ive come to the conclusion Sylar was NOT take by the company.

1. They Would have Healed him using Adams blood.
2. Sylar was still injured
3. It is very possible the hattian has nothing to do with sylars power block its probably his injury
his ability to see the way things work.

My prediction is the shapeshifting girl was working for a single individual.. who? Well thats the problem i cant figure out who.. the only possible options in my mind is that it was either Peter or Hiro, who saved him and teleported him out, or better yet the invisible guy. (Peter or Hiro couldve travelled back in time)

Whats your prediction on this? Im bit clueless, it has to be an insane twist tho, because there not gunna waste the tme to bring sylar back to not even have him connected to all the other characters.

Linderman worked for Adam, Candace worked for Linderman. It's possible she snuck in to fill him in on curent events and he told her to keep Sylar around...

Didn't Linderman also have connections to the company, evident by the fact that Thompson and Angela were 'pro-bomb'.

I like the direction Mr Wow is thinking in though. If the company was involved in securing Sylar, why not lock him up where they could watch him closely -- like they did with their supposed biggest threat, Adam. What if Adam, while in custody Learned of Sylar somehoe, and convinced Candace to get him as part of some plan. I suppose we'll find out after the Strike, and after Trek wraps shooting.

I suspect major Sylar involvement was intended for the next chapter, as there seems to be a lot to wrap up in these last few episodes, and Sylar and the doom twins don't appear to be involved in the story.

The Sylar situation got me thinking there is another party involved which we haven't got acquointed with yet. The Cockroach Man maybe? I don't know.
During the summer break I thought I read spoilers mentionning that Sylar was being played by a superior entity. At first I thought this entity was Maury, the Nightmare Man, but it seems that's not the case and I don't think Adam has anything to do with Sylar either so, I'm just thinking out loud, could it be that an unknown party, which we might get to know in Volume 3, be involved with Sylar's disappearance from Kirby Plaza?

Yeah -- forgot about that cockroach. Wasn't there rumor of someone who could control insects. I can't remember where I read that, if it was somewhere on this site, or in NBC's web puzzle games.

Sylar appears in mollys nightmare and then turns into a bunch of cockroachs - Comic 56 i believe
