I think the Company did create the virus. Shanti was injected the virus so she would not grow to become dangerous. Because I think Shanti would have been URULU

er.. Which virus did Victoria create exactly?? The original virus that Shanti died from, or, the newly engineered one which Niki now has??

If she created the original/ harmful one, then how did they get it to Shanti? And, why would Peter ask for her help to stop the spread of the new incurable one, if she did not make it?
