The question is now... why did Maya need it? It appears Sylar avocates the use of the blood... so I don't think Sylar was actually the one who put her down. Perhaps the blood will help Maya control her power?

it seems like sylar actually cares for maya but everyone knows that u can never trust sylar so he could just be "enhancing" maya's power with the blood so that when he takes her power it will be improved in a way...

that is possible, that she may kill him, but that would not explain the promo scenes where he is trying to use his power, or injecting himself w. something. I am curious as to why the comp would kill him if they kept him alive to begin w/...

i think elle is takin it on her own back not doing it for the company and she does kill him bye bye nerd watchmaker rofl maybe suresh is just giving maya the cure? not bringing her back to life.

from what i saw, i gather that Sylar kills Maya, probably cause she finds out about her brother, hence the 'she probably won't be happy to see me when she comes round' (or something to that effect)....he stills cares about her so makes Mohinder save her, but also grabs the tin with the needle and other cure injection thing, Elle zaps him, and everyone thinks he's dead again, but uses the needle and gets his powers back and heals.................well, thats what i want to happen anyway

There´s no point to have Sylar tryng to regain his powers for a whole season just to be permanetly killed by some newbie blondie. Even if he dies, he´ll be back next season.

Nah. I think Sylar killed Maya. I heard in the clip Sylar said, " I'm sure Maya would understand when she wakes up." So if he's curing her, why would he said, when she wakes up?
