Full Version: What did Victoria mean when she told Peter was a murderer like his parents?
Got Heroes > Heroes: Episode Discussion > Volume Two: Generations > Chapter 10 - "Truth & Consequences"

Is this some hidden truth again? Or just because they were a part of the founding 12 who were experimenting on the shanti virus?

BacktoBedlam
It would be interesting if it meant more than just the virus. We don't know a lot (anything?) about Nathan and Peter's parents role with the company, so it would be interesting to find out something about it.

Unfortunately, I am not sure we'll get to know much more about the 12 in the last episode. My guess is the answers lie in Volume 3.
By the way, anyone knows how Vol 3 will be entitled?
Atheshar
Vol 3 is reportedly called Exodus - nothing really spoilerish about the name, just tagged it in case people don't want to know.
The DOKTOR
Thank you.

collectively they were working on a virus that would remove the powers of 'dangerous' individuals, so intially the experiments must not have worked properly meaning innocents die so it's collective guilt over the killings i should imagine
DeJaY2k8
they were constantly plotting mass murder "for the good of the planet" lolol the explosion and the virus are 2 examples

From the way Angela and Kaito were talking they did alot more than experiment with the Shanti virus. I think they were straight up killing people with dangerous powers BEFORE they came up with the idea of using the Shanti virus.
-sparky-

When Bob was hiding in his office with Nathan and Parkman whilst they plotted what they were going to do to escape from Maury, Bob said that the founders had done some terrible things... But there wasn't time to explain now...

These 'terrible things' are, I beleive, is what Victoria is referring to...

Because she has done already so much bad things?

"I"ve commited so many crimes it really doesn't matter which one I confess to." Angela said something like that. I think all the founders have gotten guilty consciences (or turned into sadistic lunatics like Maury).

They were working for 'the greater good' but hurt a lot of people in the process. Now they're feeling bad about it.

Victoria seemed kinda like a softie even in the past (when we see her with Kaito). Btw she said she wouldn't have anything more to do with the Company (so i am assuming that she left it.) But she is still on the foto of the 12 where she is considerably older than she was in the flashback.
Anyone know what's up with that?

That's an interesting argument themko. I agree. Another loop hole in their script? sad.gif

Mohinder said he was going to leave the Company too, but there he is.

Durn scientists, can't leave their research behind.

Yea.... maybe it was just a reunion? That's why ADAM wasn't in the picture, because he was already locked up at that time.
