Anyone else question the difference in Noah's 'wake-up' scene from the end of episode 9 compared to the start of episode 10...
At the end of 9, Noah sits up, inhales sharply, exclaims 'Holy sh...' and sits up on his bed...
At the start of 10, Noah sits up, inhales sharply and then flops back down on his pillow...
I can't be the only one to see this difference...
Major continuity error methinks!

I've found that the start of every new episode the "previously on heroes..." bit has been SLIGHTLY different to what happened in the last episode.
I prefer Noah's first wake up scene though!!

did anyone else notice that claire did exactly the same thing when she was cut open on the table!
i have also noticed that there have been quite a few continuity errors such as the "fingerprints" on the photo that kaito had on the rooftop when peter's mum actually had gloves on!!!

the change from the previous episode and the next episode is i think done not by accident, think about it, would they really say holy s*** in the next episode, that wouldnt be nice, lol. and the last time this happened i think was when there was a different angle view with peter and adam on 4 months ago.

Well indeed that they can't say the whole of the phrase 'Holy sh**' in episode 10, but you can't just ignore the fact that it happenned in Episode 9 so therefore *should* happen in episode 10...
What I think they should have done is, at the precise moment that Noah says the 's' word, Mohinder drops a metal tray of metal medical equipment thus drowning out the rude word with a *clang*...
For them to ignore it completely is just not right!

it did have some difference. But it's really nothing. doesn't change the story a bit.

I think the producers didn't care about that little bit of difference. They just wanted a dramatic end in E9 with the 'holy sh*t' and a good start in E10 without it. It is not very nice to have this difference but certainly doesn't effect the story line.

Meh, they've been doing it all season one. Case in point - I believe it was the Hard Part, and then Landslide. The scene Bennet takes out Thompson, Mohinder knocks out Parkman, and the two of them face off is slightly different the second time we see it. It's standard Heroes fare: recutting of the same scene. I thought it was kind of neat, actually, it reminded me of Run Lola Run.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. I was wondering why they did that...

most shows do that when it comes to cliffhangers. they are typically slightly altered the next week, its just how its done.

That's probably done on purpose, they've said many times that the series is modeled around american style comic books, this is seen in the minor story arcs that fit in together into a whole, the title sequences that just flash "HEROES" instead of a theme song and a montage of the characters on the show, even the way the show is shot ( camera angles and such), but it is also evident in the opening and ending "splash pages" that aren't alway followed verbatim into the next issue/episode.

Yeh, she said "Holy sh**" too.
Hmm.
Don't think it was an accident.
Thought it kind of funny.

I think it's done on purpose. With every new episode, when they show what happened previously, there's always a slight difference from what we saw the week before. I think it has more to do with a signature thing than a continuity error...
