Mainly i bring this to attention for the fact Hiro vs. Peter. It seems that if one person freezes time, it seems as if another person of the same abilities would be unaffected...so long as they remained in the correct timeline. Ive always wondered about Hiro's power, i mean does he physically stop time? Or does he simply step outside of it?
how can u step outisde time?
wat if time steps outside you? wat if peter and hiro both step in other's time space? and outside step in hiro's time? or can time outside step peter?

I think Hiro will have the advantage. he can easily appear and disappear whenever Peter tries some zapping on him. That explained how he ended up behind Peter with the sword on Peter's neck on the chap 10 preview.

Well if you were to try and stop time, which is subjective to the person perceiving it, technically wouldnt you have to freeze the entire universe, all we did was give time a name it still goes on outside of earth, although some may argue that the idea of time is human the fact that things decay kinda proves that theory wrong.
Anyhow the point is that i think it would take a massive amount of mental energy to force time to stop happening, however if Hiro simply steps outside of time, as in he makes himself temporarily immune to the passage of time, then that to me seems a lot more logical.
