Ok so something i notice early on in the episode were these weird camera angles, they were all in the third person perspective, and seemed to be blurry around the edges.

This seemed to only happen during the scenes that took place in the Hartsdale, NY facility of the company, (ex. when elle was getting "benched" by Robert Bishop, and in the holding cell scene with NOah)

It gave the feeling like someone was watching in on them, like a "fly on the wall", which might be and ominous nod to the next volume since there were talks about there being a character that was "..1000 years old, and can control insects." Who most likely will be a villain of course.

Maybe?

This same type of camera shot showed up again during Ando and Hiro's scene in his office. Again like someone was watching them, maybe the "insect man" wanted to find out where Adam was/is, in order to recruit him?

I noticed that when Noah was talking to Elle.

I notied this.
Though I was for some reason just looked passed it.
I thought it was just a camera angle..
The Bob scenes, both Noah and Elle are "reflected - seen?" through Bob's glasses.
So yeh.

well...there are been some rumor abt smeone with the power to control insects

I figured it might be a subtle reference to the insect man, kind of like molly's reference to the Nightmare Man (Maury) in the last episode of last season one("how to stop an exploding man")

interesting, maybe it has something to do with the large beetle shown at the end of Season 1 on the sewer grate and when Sylar killed that dude in Mexico. Insect man and Sylar associated? . . . . .

ive heard alot about this insect man....but what i dont know is where the theory bout him came from, can someone please tell me where it came from...i remember hearing theories that adam was going to be the "thousand year old man), maybe he was supposed to be but it was changed becoz of the strike or something.......so confused

The insect man were supposed to be Adam.
First they wanted him to be 1000 years old, immortal (what he still is but in a other way now), being able to ressurect (he still does but also in a other way then a ability), being the one that ressurect the DEAD sylar, being sylars mentor for the second season and being able to control bugs.

Due to the changes in the whole season two, they dropped this storyline and let the both being apart from each other.

Part of it was also the changes of Candices storyline that were supposed to be in several episodes together with Sylar.

They killed her off in one episode now to get rid of the character instead.

yeh i noticed that too in the 5 min preview the camera angle was like that but without the blurry effect. i think it mite have been added for some kind of secret purpose . ULURU MAYBE LOL i wish

I definitely noticed that, especially when I was trying to notice if it was a security camera perspective.

I noticed that too, but I thought the character Kane, who was to be the insect man, was changed to Adam?

I dunno. I read somewhere that Adam and Kane were one, and that they rewrote his plotline to make him what we know him as now.

Probably not because I don't think Kring and Co. were thinking that far ahead...

actually, the insects are all over the story - in the graphic novels, in the series... particularly in Molly's dream where Sylar turned into a pillar of cockroach.

That magical being was Maury, this was explained by Matt in the penultimate episode of volume 2.




Well I watched the original run of it twice so far (gotta love DVR) and that's where i came up with this.





Kring is the man, he's 4 seasons and who knows how many volumes ahead of us, he's gone on the record an stated that he has a path of where he wants to lead this saga for at least 5 seasons so far.

It'd be cool if he does 5 seasons, then later... well, many years later, Heroes lives on, just like Star Trek. With new cast, new heroes, new plots... Like Star Trek, y'know... The Original Series, then The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine... etc. I would like to see Heroes go on forever like Star Trek... It would be nice if they stuck with the current characters, but if somewhere along the way, they want to introduced a whole new set, like a whole new story and whole new series, I don't think it will be too bad?

You know i never thought of it that way, but you never know, we might be witnessing history here!!

I have not heard much of this insect man although iv herad rumours that Sylar will get a mentor in Volume 3 called Kane and he is supposed to have a biblical power? would that be the insect man? connected to the plague of locusts? i don't know im confused lol anyone help clear things up for me?

Shall do young squire! There seems to have been a lot of changes to Volume 2...would be interesting to see it how it was originally meant to be...like in a DVD bonus or something; obviously never gunna happen its just wishful thinking on my behalf!
