Didn't Sylar mentionned a babysitter? Not a very responsible babysitter to leave Molly to two complete strangers but it would have been some waste of screen time to witness the argument between Sylar and the babysitter .
Maybe he'd cut off her brain to acquire her babysitting powers!

i think its simply that molly had an ordinary babysitter, sylar showed up with maya and sylar spoke to the babysitter convincing he was a close friend of mohinder.. babysitter believed sylar as maya once did..

Wasn't she sleeping, Sylar must have dropped in while she took a nap, she seemed a bit surprised to see Sylar and Maya, unless she wasn't sure on who they were.
