Yep, ever since Molly was cured she's now free to continue finding people as before without any problems, which means she can now find Sylar again.

Molly couldn't find Sylar because he didn't have his powers, just like when Maya's brother died she couldn't find him because he was dead and so were his powers.

Molly can find anyone, not just people with powers.

Molly was a bit more worried about the Nightmare man than thinking about the boogeyman, who is supposed to be dead anyways.

I imagine though that she'll do some searching for Sylar next season. When next season happens...

yeah she was pretty preoccupied dealing with the nightmare man, but now he's gone away I expect she will be the key to locating Sylar

Weren't we told that Molly could find ANYONE, and all she needed was a map and a pin and she could locate the person she was thinking about...

How come she didn't need a map and a pin when she wanted to find Alllllleyandrooooooooooooo...

And don't you also think that Maya is a little trusting of Mollys abilities...
She's only just met Molly and from one quick word from her she beleives her when Molly says that
Allllleyandroooooooooo is dead and therefore goes to confront Sylar...

they were in a lab, maps aren't necesarlily available at request in there. And by exact location, they meant that people can look at the map and say "that's Issac's loft." What if someone's in the middle of the woods, not a lot of landmarks there.

The POINT of Mollys ability is that in order to track someone down she has to use a pin
and a map and she is able to pinpoint (pun intended!) their exact location...

But now she seems to be able to search for someone without these (previously) necessary
implements...

All I am asking is...

She always had that ability.

She used the map so others could look at the EXACT location. Compare tracking Sylar to tracking Maury. In the former case, she stuck a pin in the map, in the latter she had no map, so she had to give very detailed dirrections.

Mohinder might not have had a map in his loft.

Also, imagine if she tracks someone and the person is in the middle of the woods. There aren't a lot of landmarks, so pointing at a map would help.

In conclusion: She uses maps to help others, the only requirement for her ability is knowing what the person looks like.

Like starwarsgeek said. Her ability is that she thinks about someone, and knows where they are. Remember how she could even say the apartment number for Maury. The map is something extra that she uses to convey their position to someone who's watching.

I imagine she couldn't have told Maya *where* Alejandro was, exactly, or anything at all besides some general idea. But she doesn't need a map to tell that he's not on the map at all.

Maybe when she'll grow up and her powers evolve...she wont need a map anymore!

With Volume 3 coming shortly, it makes me wonder about Molly's role.

She'll be the greatest ally for the Heroes. So I wonder if Nightmare Man could, possibly, come back?

If not, then I'm sure the Villians will definately want to target her....
