i was just browsing and i came accross this, what do people think, i think it sounds pretty cool.

So they are two actual people? That seems pretty lame. Especially since Jessica is supposed to be gone after season 1.

My only thought on Jessica is how? There was a gravesite and headstone in season 1 for her. Its just one of the those things.

Jessica was more fun than Niki anyway, imo.

yeah ali larter is coming back for next season, which is fantastic, i have been so integed by her since the first episode, when the whole story starts i think hers got really into it really quickly, there should be more!
and didn't we get a clue from kring about even though nikis might be gone, we'll be seeing more of jessica

I don't think anybody is actually absorbing this: Nikki had the virus. So how will Jessica come out of it when they blow up? Like what, a ghost? Even if Nikki did survive, the virus supressed ALL of her powers - the super strength and the jessica thing. I'll repeat: so what, the virus just evaporated in the flames? Unless Claire or Peter runs to the backdoor holding a syringe and injecting her with their blood, that's close to being impossible.

She may appear in flashbacks, though. Or dreams... or consciousness of micah... whatever form but not JESSICA!!!

i think its a possibility that nikki might have survived the explosion, but she could have been knocked out or something which have 'woke' jessica, then jessica could have gone to find mohinder for the cure - it could happen

It's too... i dunno, ridiculous to me.

They had DL in the second season, but he was all flashbacks and hallucinations.
My money is on it being the same for Nikki.

Also, how the #$%& would anybody survive that explosion? I mean, she was alive in Five Years Gone, but... that's an alternate future, if anything. Even with super strength, I don't see her surviving being blown to bits.

It could be possible that we see more of Nikki as a kid, and her parents are somehow involved, and her sister. Or it could be that Jessica didn't really die, but is a new villain (the REAL Jessica, not Nikki's head Jessica).

Just wild theories at this point. But her half-surviving seems either stupid or impossible, more a combo of the two.

This is possible. Jessica, Nikki's twin can still be really alive. But not the Nikki-jessica tandem. But still, I prefer her to stay dead. sorry guys. she's too boring really.


Have you even been reading? NIKKI HAS THE VIRUS. an explosion cannot just "wake" her power up or her alter ego for that matter. She was given drugs to supress her "other" self, right? and the virus has that same effect... so it can't be that Jessica is just knocked out of Nikki's body.

It's a TV show, anything could happen.

I don't think it's ridiculous. I think it's just something you wouldn't see coming. And lets face it, Heroes doesn't really abide by this rule of normalcy of writing things that the audience would expect. So we shuldn't disregard this rumor just yet.

Also, Niki has the virus, not Jessica. I kinda always thought that Jessica's story didn't end like they made it seem in Season Two.

It would be hard for this to work, but that would be awesome to see Jessica as one of the villains.

Nikki and Jessica share the same body. She has a split personality, which keeps fragmenting cuz of her powers. Even if her Jessica personality kicked in, she's still have the virus, cuz THEY'RE IN THE SAME BODY.

There are three possibilities. Either she gets saved, she is in a bunch of flashbacks, or we're looking at Jessica as a separate character.

I think that having Jessica be a separate character would be a good idea, but I think it’s to predictable for Heroes, I don’t know why, but I think it.

With the whole virus thing, when don’t know what happens with the virus with a split personality and I think that the virus only affects one half of the personality, in this case, only Niki has the virus and Jessica doesn’t, making Jessica, have super strength. So before the building got blown up, Jessica could of taken full control and she could of made a back door or something.

Niki and Jessica are the best characters in the show (as well as Elle, and the late Candice/Michelle/Betty) and having Jessica being a villain would be awesome.

We don't know the nature of the split personality ability and how it is effected by the drugs/virus. Is it even a "power" that can be affected by the virus? If its purely the drugs that are suppressing Jessica, we don't know the effectiveness of it.

I think something similar to this will happen: Niki is trapped and can't breathe/see and is calling out to Jessica to help in her last moments and is able to see her in a shard of glass or something. Jessica is strong enough to escape without the powers but Niki is not.

Does trhat mean Gina is a real person if Jessica dies?

That is kinda lame, if her body is incinerated, she shouldn' resserect to a new person.

How does Jessica and Gina take over Nikis body anyway?

six months ago explained htat jessica existed BEFORE they had powers. that jessica existed at least since niki was a small child. bob was just playing niki. and kring in tv guide has said theres nothing special niki just has multiple personality disorder taht they are one person. so jessica being the main thing would be niki shutting herself down.

I mean no hate, man. But, this is a discussion board. In a discussion, there are MULTIPLE sides (like Nikki's personality, lol). One of those sides, is the AGAINST side. That chap is on that side, as am I. We are making the point that it's impossible because Nikki has the virus, which means NO POWERS. This does NOT mean no Jessica. She could be a separate character. And even if you believe that the Jessica in Nikki's head comes out, they will not have powers. Sylar was alive, but POWERLESS.

Conclusion: NO WAY SHE SURVIVED, unless someone saved her.

Moving on, i agree with you that Nikki is most likely dead, although iv heard rumours that Jessica somehow survives but i hope its not true because even if she is hot she it still a pretty boring character in my opinion.

Yep i think the super strength ability was just wasted on her character there was so much more potential for that ability.
