How do you guys pick Moderators and Administrators?

ive always wondered this i think the administrator (Travis) is the creator of this site and he chooses the mods.

Well I would imagine the boards are well enough mod'd at the moment, especially when heroes is in the off season and the traffic is low.


Also, he most likely picks people who have been on the site a while, shown some form of trust, and have talked to him/know him

He also from what Ive gathered ran similar websites on other shows before Heroes, and Im assuming he has picked people who have been faithful and followed on to the other sites. That coupled with Ukers response, and you have your answer.

Yeah that's probably it. I would like to become a moderator, but I doubt i'll get picked.

Lol, I think he may need some more due to Heroes starts in just over a month and the forum will be swamped.

Alot of the mods are inactive at the moment, but some of us have been returning, and I'm sure most of the rest will be back by the time Vol 3 begins.
If he does need more mods, basically he'll choose who he thinks is best for the spot (Based on how active you are, and the quality of your posts).
Me and a few others helped on other sites of his, and so that's how we got the spot here.

Think I'd like to put myself into the mix, only if more is needed of course.
