Just a bit of clarification (I'm assuming, here):

Hope refer's to Hiro as "Sulu a character from "ST" played by George Takai., who also
guest starred in the last two episodes as Hiro's father
Spoiler for those who haven't seen the last two eps. wink.gif

Hopefully those who haven't seen the past couple of episodes know to avoid topics for episodes they haven't seen yet.

Why does Hiro insist on renting a Nissan Versa?
Yamagato Industries is Nissan's Parent company.
It was in Isaac's "9th Wonders" comic book.
His sister owns one.
No Reason.

Hah nice, it seems that there are many "reasons" as to why Hiro should insist on renting a Nissan Versa

Yeah, well, if you want me to remove the spoiler tags, I will tongue.gif

It's his destiny, of course.....dictated from a comic book from the future. Yeah.

Yeah I remember the comic book, it's a shame it hasn't been shown in a few episodes

It's a Thin comic Book, You can't expect ALL of Hiro's Destiny could fit in there. UNLESS! the comic book changes like BACK TO THE FUTURE... I think there is a Scene where it showed a page of HIRO talking to a comic book collector and the collector saying the picture looks like him, and he replies it's Destiny... (11,6,2)
