well back to bad news for heroes....

Heroes Will NOT Return Until September

Here is the latest from the Toy Fair in Germany, from the AICN guys:

Hi Guys,

I've been extremely busy here at the Berlin Film Festival having already screened a dozen movies. Full reports on those to follow soon. But first I wanted to pass along some bad news -

Today I got to spend 20 minutes with everyone's favorite cheerleader, Hayden Panettiere. She is promoting her new film FIREFLIES IN THE GARDEN. Anyway, she confirmed that even though the strike is over, Heroes is definitely done for the season. New shooting will not start until April which she will arrive a bit late for as she will be finishing up another film in Canada. So I guess we have to wait until at least September. Full transcription of that interview coming after the festival.

That sucks but according to NBC if they can put Heroes in June and July we will have new epsiodes this summer but I'm not sure.

It would be great to get it in June/July but I heard also it won't be until September, we'll just have to wait and see, either way it will be well worth the wait !!!

Kristen at EOnline is reporting that they may air Heroes episodes starting in the summer. Let's keep our fingers crossed. At least I have Lost and House to hold me over for the rest of the winter and spring.

That's so not fair! I'll keep my fingers crossed for more Heroes earlier...

If it is until September, hopefully kring and the writers will use the extra time to make Volume 3 as exciting as volume 1 was.

good point.
season 2 was disapointly disapointing.
season 1 though, i am up to my 14th time watching the whole thing right now.
it was just so well written.

well that sucks.
we have to wait till fall. WHICH IS AFTER SUMMER. so it's all seeming longer and longer to me as it goes by.
but if they already filmed some scenes, why aren't they airing it sooner?

Well I don't like it till september??it's a long time to pass but if volume 3 will be the best of it all then I think it's worth to wait.I hope time pass us fast

Quite frankly, I'm relieved. I don't really care how long I'll have to wait, just as long as we get the season one quality back. Sure, there were some season two episodes that were just as amazing, but overall, weak.

And, I don't think you guys realize, but this means we'll have an over 22 episode season. It all pays off in the end.

How: Seasons 2 is not the end? The Chapter 11 was the last. From there begins the 3 Seasons or not?

sorry bud, but that ain't the case...

Vol 2 was only the first "third" of Season two, which was to be followed by Vol 3 "Exodus", and Vol 4 "Villains.

Due to writer's strike, Exodus got the Sylar to the Brains, and died.

So Vol 3 is now "Villains", and will make up the rest of season 2

are you kidding me? i guess not.
Season 3 will start in September and Kring said that due to the long delay the writers will go over all the storylines they had so far.

they couldnt have a season that lasted over a year

Season 3 is Villains, and the other volumes which will make up season 3

Season 3 = Volume 3

Man! that sucks,I just hope that it will be better....and not over-do it..it's difficult to maintain the characters looks if they shoot it late...

It probably will but volume 3 is still season 3...so far.

i hope they control what information they give out in this season i do want to know what happens n everythin but they shouldn't put all their eggs in one basket.

Yeah, Villains was originally only supposed to be 5-7 episodes, I doubt they'll stretch it out over a full season. We'll probably see a Volume 4 in season 3 as well.

well at least villains isn't that long! so elle will be in almost all of the episodes in villains . i hope volume 4 is something peaceful like volume 2. i don't want sylar rampaging everywhere power hungrily. i'm sick and tired of it.

last rumor i heard, that they are STILL planning shorter stories (volumes) for each season....

of course it will all depend on ratings....right now Part 1 of Season 3 = Vol 3: Villains....

haha hope that clears the air a bit....
