in the episode `5 years gone`, Mohinder Suresh and Nathan Petrelli have a discussion at the white house about `a boy who literally sucked all oxygen out of the whole classroom`at a highschool

ok one other thing im curious about if yall indulge me... i know what Rapid Cellular Regeneration is but as someone accidentally made me think about, does this trait have anything to do with immortality? i mean adam lived 400 and going but Claire`s supposed to have the same ability,does it mean she also is incapable of dying? i understand i adams` case its because that ability regenerate aging cells right?
So the real question becomes, is immortality(if in itself a ability, a name? or)a part of the Rapid Cellular Regeneration package?
