Well I know that he never appeared on the serie but he was one of the 12 founders of the Company and the father of Peter and Nathan Petrelli, I think that he haves an healing power or immortality since on the novel 63 "Elles First Assignment - Part 1" when Bob says " (...)with her blood, she might become a major player. The next lindermen. The next Arthur Petrelli." and we don't know if Arthur is dead because Linderman and Arthur were friends and the founders of the company, and on one of the episodes of the first season when Natan says that Arthur was killed by the other founder Linderman and a company man doesn't get caught so easily. So we might see Arthur in the future.

Well, I think he probably is alive but I wouldn't prefer if he was or wasn't, since both ways could open up some cool storylines.

True, dead characters could still have a few skeletons in their closet. smile.gif

Who knows maybe Mr. Mugles is a guy has powers to transform, maybe Arthur, maybe another founder who is running from the company.

rolleyes.gif Even for a show like Heroes, that's pretty insane. lol

I could see how he may be alive though... maybe. Who knows? xP We'll just have to wait & see.

he is alive!
he's back next episode!
Godsend Sylar
and he's the biggest villain in this season who can absorb other people's abilities, leaving them without their abilities. now that's cool for a hero, but for a villain, that is soooo scary, even scarier than sylar's ability.

I know, hes cool, I love his ability. tongue.gif

I think sylar ability taking powers is MORE scarier...opening up the brain...point the figer to open it...nasty

arthur just needs to touch..nothing scary about that...
Summer
from what i read from the graphic novels *after a whole day catching up to all 108 chapters* and the chapters on war buddies, he had no powers initially...

so i presume he was also injected with the formula?

and what's with the petrelli family and "power absorptions"?
with exception of nathan who didn't have powers initially, and acquired the flying ability:
peter: he gets powers by being near another with powers
sylar: he learns powers by opening up their brain and studying them
arthur: he absorbs powers by touching others...

oh also i remember one chapter where linderman travels around after the war, and meets a woman... who has the same power as arthur has... but he kills her because she tried to steal his healing ability
