Are they really worth buying? Are there alot of extras etc in the discs?
And is the quality far superior than the tv rips? I meam I got the tvrips they are good imo.
But i was just wondering. I know it sounds lame to ask since their dvdrips but..
Overall sound/picture of the tv versions are good.
Although they have tv logo and are cut for commercials.

obvcourse they are worth buying for the most obvious reason that you can watch them anytime you like without the hassle of downloading and streaming.
they extras are great, deleted scenes, commentarys most of which are hilarious by the way and you get a pilot episode that never aired its very similar to the first episode but its has characters and storys that didnt make the cut.
hope this helps

Not to mention, it supports the cast and the writers if you buy it.
I don't buy boxsets unless I really think the show deserves it, and I went out and bought Heroes the day it came out.

Personally, I was hoping for a few more features on the DVD, but I think they're worth buying anyway just to have.

QUOTE(Carp @ Mar 5 2008, 08:05 PM)

"A few more" not "a bit more" Sorry, I just cringe when I see stuff like this. It's the same with misplaced apostrophes. Sorry.

I knew that sounded wrong, thanks.
