Upload the Heroes soundtrack? Or is that against the rules?

Hmm...I don't know how Travis feels about music sharing, since it is his site, but wasn't this soundtrack released just yesterday? I know uploading television episodes is one thing, but sharing music on a public message board is another.

However, if people would like the soundtrack if it's not available to them, then I suggest they contact you via PM.

Hmm, surely NBC are aware of this site already. It is popular on the net and very easy to find in a search engine. Thing is,... a lot of effort goes into this site, and most fans on here are of the type who even if they watch shows before their meant to be screened(Im from UK and NBC must factor this), then they will faithfully watch the show when it is aired, I watched it again on BBC. They must know this is one of those sites. Its the old saying, dont bite the hand that feeds you.

Point Im making is this site is technically already doing what your saying is taboo.

Actually, you're right. NBC is already aware of this site because they have us linked on the Heroes:Evolutions page and they claim that "NBC is not responsible for of the content on "fan" web sites. We make no claim to the accuracy of any information and content that does not reside on NBC.com."

However, because it's music we're dealing with here, and we have the RIAA to be concerned about. By putting up uploads to the soundtrack, that would be considered piracy and Travis could get into a lot of trouble for that. The copyright doesn't belong to NBC for these songs, it belongs to the artists. That's where it's different.
