Which characters do you think have the best relationship in the show? I'm not talking strictly romantic, just which characters do you think have the most interesting/touching/gripping/intense/whatever dynamics.

If there's any I've left out that you were particularly fond of, post 'em!

My favorites besides anything Elle were Peter/Nathan in season one and Hiro/Adam in season two.

Peter and Nathan pretty much made the entire first season for me.

Second: Matt/Mohinder/Molly. No competition there. XD

i think maya and alejandro relationship is interesting too ...he always be there no matter what until sylar kill him...

I really like Maya and Alejandro's dynamic, too. I love how she was clearly the more protective of the two until her powers and Sylar came around and Alejandro had to step up. They really needed each other, those two.

Season 1 without doubt Peter/Nathan but I so enjoyed the interaction between Nathan and Hiro as well. Those two are so funny together. I could have picked a lot more pairings. Forcing us to choose just one is plain evil!

Nathan/Peter in S1 (se authors what we missed in S2? )
And S2 Nathan/Matt.

I think give those three together in S3 and it would rock! (oh, and Hiro to them and I think I am gonna die from happiness )

Nathan has a great chemistry with everybody but I also think that Elle (Kristen) is good with others.

I really liked Hiro and Charlie too.

I like Peter & Citlin in season 2 and also of course the Mohinder/Parkman/Molly thing. And the Hiro/Ando thing.

I agree. Although I wonder why lots of people voted for Peter and Nathan. Their relationship was ok but It wasn't great in my opinion. But they did need more interaction in Season 2.

I think it's something many people can relate to. It's also extremely well written, and extremely consistent. Everyone who has siblings will be able to find themselves in there somewhere.

Yeah, I wasn't a big fan of the Peter/Nathan relationship. But that's probably because I'm not a big fan of either of the characters.

I don´t like Peter but I love Nathan. And Nathan is the person who makes Peter´s presence better for me and they are great together. And yes, as you wrote here, it is very well written and believeable. I actually found me and my brother there in few scenes! Well, we are brother and sister but in many points, it´s the same. I am often getting my brother from trouble, just like Nathan gets Peter out of trouble. So I can definitely relate to that and I think in S1 it was the best.
And I missed it terribly in S2. But Nathan has really interesting relationships with anybody so his cooperation with Matt was amazing, too. But I still missed it, because Peter without Nathan isn´t that interesting for me.

Also Micah and Monica had a good relationship also. I wonder why nobody voted for that pair.

I loved Claire/Peter in season 1 before we found out about the whole uncle/neice. i still really love them as a pair or should i say paire... no i really shouldn't say anything ... i think they were so cute together... i love in the homecoming episode how they are making eye contact and everything...its just too cute... and in "The Hard Part" i love when Peter wiped away her tears... i was like wipe my tears Peter!!!! also i was crying at the time so he would have had his first case...ok, now im blabbering so i think i will just zip it... what you think...

I loved the way all the characters came together in season 1. like they were all connected, they found each other.

I think that Claire and Noah have a fantastic relationship, too. So very well written father/daughter relationship isn´t too often in today´s TV. It´s usually just mother/daughter or father/son.
I can´t wait to see how they would interact with Petrellis. They were (Nathan and Claire) split against their wills. Or better, they didn´t know about each other, so it might be interesting to watch, how will Claire deal with knowing Nathan better and her adoptive father, who is unpredictable and somehow dangerous.

I agree that Monica and Micah are interesting, too. Monica is nice but she had bad luck that her story-line had nothing to do with others. But I think she could help Micah, if Niki is really dead and their cooperation might be cool.
And, I think, those two just "clicked" as actors. Something like Milo and Adrian.

i *love* your avatar ... and ive been thinking about my favorites for each season and ... stalemate. through out both seasons i have several favorite characters well more than several actually haha i guess i dont like to discriminate but when it comes down best relationship the dynamics are changed and ahh idk this is a toughy

SEASON 1: Clair & Noah Bennet

~~> the funny thing about this is that neither of them made my favorite character list (o:although i won lie i do get rather excited while watching clair's story unravel:o) the writers really out did themselves in creating such a passionate father--daughter relationship & i must say the acting helps (obviously) pull it off beautifully ... at one point in my life i was a daddy's girl & i still am at heart (my family and i just working through things right now) perhaps my past best-friend-relationship with my dad impacted my decision either way i think the majority of (*truel*) heroes fans have a strong appreciation for clair & noah's relationship

~~> the 2+ runner ups were hiro--ando & peter--nathan ... {+} hiro--nathan ... i personally thought that there was more to hiro&nathans relationship other than humor...surprisingly hiro had an interesting affect on nathan...wait, for lucidity purpose let me restate: the "affect" hiro had on nathan wasnt "interesting"per se it simply intrigued me that he was able to have an affect on nathan who had been incessantly dogmatic ... at that point peter couldnt even break through to nathan

~~> wow season two was also a toughy for me :-S ... but in a different sense probably because in season two there is more interconnection between all the (main)characters effecting in more complex relationships ... thats why i ended up deciding peter's relationship with himself he really goes on a though journey throughout this entire season and i enjoyed the underlying theme of trust (or who to trust) which comes full circle at the end of the season

Season 1: Claude/Peter, Nathan/Peter.

Season 2: Elle/Peter.

Gah I wish Claude would return and train Peter some more didn't Kring say he'd come back for Volume 3 and help Peter withs some thing? I just adore there friendship so I'd hope so.
