After just finishing watching the season, Im starting to feel next season is going to be more focused on the actual superhero format. Theirs been many things I noticed such as the apparent loss of Nikki, Nathans assassination, plus a few others.

Thing is most superheroes are born from tradgedy, and their are clear indications of the last few episodes,... you could maybe add Hiro's father aswell.

The 2 seasons have been good. Season 1 started well and had a poor ending in my opinion, maybe the writers were thinking about season 2 when Hiros dad teaches him to sword fight in the sword shop and recounts the tales of Kensei and have tried to fit this in to their ending.

Season 2 is the opposite. The first half of the season is not what I was expecting, but the ending was very good. A big gripe with many fans was that it sort of teased you with fight scenes then occasionally left you feeling their should have been more.

This leads me onto why Im thinking Villians is going to be more focused on the traditional hero format of alteregos. I could be completely wrong, but it was just the general feeling I was getting from the last few episodes.

I'm not sure if i follow, but are you thinking that villains will be all about
all the heroes if they were actually villains?

if that is what your talking about. it would be a good concept but
imho i wouldnt want to watch a whole season that has nothing to do with
the storyline.

No, the general idea I got from the last few episodes is that the Heroes and Villians who went about their business in hiding, even Sylar, are now going to come out of hiding.

Some will have alter egos (Who is St Joan), others wont. The villians wont have any alteregos, they dont care about protecting loved ones.

When Hiro 1st travels to New York in season 1 and steals the magazine,... ringing any bells yet.
9th wonders is Isaac's work. Hiro uses it as a guide to save the world in season 1.

St joan as you call her. her power could evolve to what peters power is it coud be the same but peter might have found out after his power has evolved. Anyway she's never seen anyone do their power has she? so she could be able to do anything that other people could do.

This is something I thought about before, if she seen someone fly would she be able to? I dont think so now, its restricted to laws of gravity with her, she simply copycats what she sees. But only things a human could do. When is she going to get the Bruce Lee collection out?

Peters a sponge not a copycat, a copycat copies from what it sees. We've already seen Peter acquire powers without realising it.

Every instance of St Joan gaining a skill, note the word skill, has been through watching it and remembering it
