Interesting... I have no idea who would be considered the "biggest star", but I'm wondering if this happens in a future or present event? And finally we find out what Sylar does with those brains.

I was thinking about this earlier. Biggest could be a number of different people, and some Heroes would be able to fight back, if Sylar attacked them (Peter & Matt)

Biggest star has got to be either Hiro, Claire or Peter.

That statement about who we consider to be the biggest star is very vague to say the least lol bear in mind I've only seen half of the second series, but from what I hear, Adam Monroe ends up buried alive? Well, considering Adam Monroe is the immortal and obviously the oldest character, and actually a legendary figure as Kensei Takeso, wouldn't it be fair to say he is the biggest star, one of the originals and literally part of history? And his symbol has appeared in pretty much every episode, isn't that very symbolic if it originated from him? If anything that makes him the biggest in my opinion... plus his ability would be a nice little replacement for what the cheerleader could have offered Sylar, if you catch my drift.

For someone, maybe. For me, they are "artificially created" and I think that the real stars, or at least the most important are Bennet, Mohinder and Nathan.
But everybody thinks different - in S2, I was annoyed by Peter and Claire. And I am not alone. And someone wasn´t, what do I know?

I think it´s time for them to explain why does Sylar open brains. I think he needs to look inside to see how it "works". Just like with the watches.

But bear in mind that was written by Kristin from E!, so her interpretation of the star is going to be different. Mohinder and Nathan might be important in the show but I think if you asked the average casual viewer, or even non-viewer they would say that Claire or Hiro were the stars of the show.

Obviously it has to be Peter or Hiro, and it indicates for sure that we are going to start off in the future.

Toss of a coin really on who it will be out of these two, but for the shock factor you would lean more towards Hiro. The wait is getting to me, its that bad I was thinking of going on incapacity benefit with Heroes withdrawal, not to sure if the government will have that though

I was thinking "biggest star" could be Elle? They did say that they where trying to get her back for a least 5 episodes... Maybe they could only get her back for 2.

Also, if Peter is the "biggest star" that Sylar kills, and Peter is the one who shoots Nathan - Maybe it's really Sylar from the future!?

I'm beggining to think it's Elle....she was great in S2 and the sheer fact that they didn't kill her in S2 finale showed that she was staying and is the pathway of a "big star"...but all the news about her not being in S3 and being in talks and negotiotations till now makes me think maybe her head will pop off...

On the good side, we get to see whether "Sy-baby"(where the hell did she come with this name?) does after he slices foreheads.....mmmmm...

I'm inclined to believe it's one of the Three: Peter, Hiro or Claire. I wish it was Hiro, though, because Claire has been sylar'd once in the Five Years Gone verse, and Peter - well, frankly the mere idea scares the heck out of me, even if it's only alternate timeline. I'm going with Hiro. That way we could have both Sylar and Peter dublicate from the future messing with the past.

I don't think it's Hiro as he has that new arch nemesis Daphne.

I was thinking would it be funny and lame if it was Nathan. He survives two gun shots to the chest -
to then get killed by Sylar. Kinda like a D.L. scenario from Season 2.

But seriously, I'm thinking if it's a future event it'll be out of: Peter, Angela, Claire or Elle.
If it's present day: Elle. (If you watch the preview they showed in Dec, there's the whole Sylar - Elle confrontation).

When I heard 'Biggest stars', I first thought of Cristine Rose or Stephen Tobolowsky, as they are big stars outside of Heroes anyway, and who's to decide whether they meant the Characters or the Actors?

Could be Nathan getting Sylar'd. Would explain how sylar could fly in five years gone. Maybe they changed the future of the explosion but not enough so nathan still lives.

Kinda suck for Nathan tho. Survived a nuclear blast, 2 shots two the chest and then just gets killed by a maniac.

It's all about context. Did they mean "biggest star" as in fan favourite or Most successful actor? I'm thinking the later and it's Elle that will get Syliced in the second episode of the third season

Kristin Bell aint the most successful actor/actress on the show, even Milo has done more movies than her.

I remember Milo being in a werewolf movie called Cursed, were he played a high school jock who later turns gay. Theirs Pathology, and also Rocky Balboa. Plus hes done a few other things.

Sure Kristen may have done more TV work but in my opinion she aint a bigger name than Milo. Then you also have to match her work with some the older cast on the show.

everyones saying either peter clair or hiro. these are, in my opinion, not the biggests star... sylar is!!!!!! what if sylar from the future comes back in time...after getting hiros powers... and lets the present sylar eat his brains so he can have the powers sooner!!!!!!!!

well, two problems:

1. if future sylar eats present sylar, then future sylar dies there and then...he killed himslef....

2. if present sylar eats future sylar, he will not die then and there, but will die in the future indeed ... by himself....but this is possible...

bottom line - time travel is crazy.....and I hope Hiro better learn all of that!

I don't consider Elle a star on heroes, she is popular among fans. The big Hero stars for me would be -Hiro, Peter, Nathan, Claire and Sylar.

Tim Kring is pretty high on her, the same goes for many fans. It's all open ended. Nothing is for certain, the hints could point towards Elle, but there's also other hints that say she will stay on the show.

If i bet u £20 that Elle would die would you accept? I think you wouldn't because although you and other fans show your true support for her, deep down you know and all the Elle fans know that Elle will at some point die. Your support blinds your judgment and you cannot see what is almost clearly obvious!

Of course I wouldn't accept a bet, she does have the most against her.

There are many possibilities even if she were to 'die' very early in season 3.
I know Elle will most likely die at some point in season 3, but I just disagree with when it will happen. (I think it will be in the middle of the season.)

My odds are -

- 50% Elle
- 10% Matt
- 5% Claire
- 35% Split among the rest - especially season 2 characters.

And there's a (small) chance we will see them returning because of all the things that have happened in the past on the show.

I hope it's not Elle just because there are others I would want to see gone first.

I even have a feeling it could be niki (if she survives of course) and if that was the case then sylar might get the split personality and go slightly crazy which would be good. i could just picture sylar storming up the halls throwing people everywhere.

If that were to happen, couldn't Sylar just wait until Nikki gets a certain personality and "fix it" and only get the power?

Or, could he find out how and why she gets personalities and take control of the powers and personalities and manipulate them?

Could be Claire, Peter, Nathan. Altough it didn't say what TIMELINE the hero will be killed. So maybe the hero could be killed in the future. The present heroes somehow know that person will die and maybe try and save them?

Those characters have the biggest fan base on the show. I think in the end it will be either Hiro or Elle. I think it would be really cool if they gave Syler the power to stop time.
