---Large "5" painted on a wall (Level 5).
---Sylar is strapped onto a table of sorts with a tube up his nose.
---Knox is seen in a strait jacket, also in a Primatech cell.
---White, bald male banging on the glass of what appears to be a Primatech holding cell.
---Knox struggling in a straight jacket, also in what appears to be a Primatech cell.
---A future-looking Peter standing in Level 5 with Angela.
---Peter asks, "Where did they go?"
---Angela replies, "Escaped!"
---A man shooting blue flames from his hands. He appears to be the same bald man mentioned previously.
EDIT: I hear that there was another one shown during Leno. Did anybody see it? Does anybody have a link for it?
