Many people have been watching Heroes divx/avi streaming which gives the viewer the same quality and file that one would get from either downloading it from rapidshare, megaupload, torrent, etc. It also would allow the viewer top watch the episode in a fraction of the time it would take to download form these sites and also allows the view to save the video if they chose. The site where this was most common for the first two seasons was a site called stage6 which was run by the divx company itself but was shutdown for lack of funding. But now roughly a year later dozens of sites have begun popping up that are similar to stage6. Now i am here to provide a list of these divx sites that are most likely to host episodes of heroes. These sites may not be the primarily hosting only heroes but various other shows and movies as well.
The most prominent sites that has popped up is a site called NinjaVideo. It is run by dozens of members who upload various shows and movies and one of the admins is apparently a heroes fan. Both season 1 and season 2 are available here for viewing and downloading. This site will usually upload the show roughly 3-5 hrs from airing which will be good once season 3 begins airing. There is only one thing that some may consider a flaw/problem. to view episodes here one must run a java app called NinjaVideo Helper. without running this app the site will not allow you to stream or download any of its episodes. i hardly feel this is a great problem but it may be an annoyance to some.

The Next Site in line is one called vreel. it is comparable to stage6. It is a community hosting site where people upload videos. Several users happen to have a liking for heroes. Contains links for both season 1 and season 2 episodes This site is simple and easy to use. You can search for your shows and find them pretty easily. It works almost the same as stage6.

Also another site is one called Stagevu. This site is also similar to stage6 but has a smaller collection of heroes episode only from season 1 at this time. It is similar to stage6 in its website layout. It is simple and easy to use.

Another site is one called veoh. Now veoh is not primarily divx hosting. It is a site that will allow it users to upload videos to their servers. Then if the video is very large and long as all episodes of heroes are they will give the first 5 minutes of the video to stream in flash. To view the full video in its divx format one needs to have two things. an account with veoh and the download manager. Once a user has both of these they can download videos at will and not all videos are in divx format. They can range from wmv, mpg, mov, mkv, avi, etc. There is only unique use of this site however if any episode is hosted on an divx streaming site such as all of the ones listed here a user can "backup" the video to veoh's servers. This can be done multiply times so there can be dozens of copies of the episode therefore one one link is removed or if the divx link is removed a viewer can still get it from veoh. This process doesn't not work however with videos stored on NinjaVideo due to their security.

Next comes DivxVine. It is very hard to find episodes here because the system is "weird" (the best word i can think of to describe it) the site allows users to upload files but they can only be 100mb and can only be viewed if you have the link. so the quality there is terrible and no one can watch your videos unless you know the url because there is no search function. But it allows users who have the file stored on an ftp or other server to stream it through their website. therefore this site is virtually useless unless you have links to videos stored on special servers.

Finally there is EZYFile. It is a a site similar to rapidshare and meagupload but it allows user to upload their videos and they can either choose to stream the episode via the webplayer or download it directly of their servers. But one needs to have the url of the episode they wish to watch. There is no search function.

I would love to know if there are any other divx streaming sites that i am unaware off and please post them for every ones benefit. I also would request the admins to consider at least uploading to these sites once season 3 begins.
