as u know, in last episode of heroes season 2, after Nathan is shot, his mum is on the phone saying "you have now opened pandora's box". Well in terminator 3 Rise of the Machines - on scene 1hour 15mins, when Katherine's father is dying and telling location of SkyNet's core system, he also mentions that pandora's box is opened.

I dunno but this might give u more of a clue/more to think about what is pandoras box.
