did anyone else think that the effects of claire's flesh deteriorating during the explosion, was cool? And then she came out like a zombie and just regenerated. I remember seeing the whole neighborhood watching as she came out of the house( this could be what the man in the lab was referring to when we saw the new heroe and he said "she's going to help us clean up the big mess you made").I guess The only question is where will claire end up now?

That scene reminded me of Wolverine at the end of X3.

Yeah that was an awesome scene the body doubles for Claire had to sit for 6 hours while the makeup was put on them. I guess that is the question to ask though I think it would be awesome if Claire went to Nathan, he is her father after all

her scenes are the best ones i've seen yet. Everybody has amazing scenes, but claires always leave you in like the other ones where she drove the car in the wall, her head going through the stick, her head turning all the way around, and the scene where she wakes up in the morgue. I was also wondering if "save the cheerleader, save the world" had anything to do with this scene. I do think she'll end up looking for Nathan...

I completely agree, I think that's one of the reasons I love her character so much. Actually the save the cheerleader quote might pertain to what happened at the end of this episode but I really don't know since Claire seems to get herself in so much trouble. I hope she does look for Nathan, I'd love to see the two of them together

It was a pretty cool affect when she left the house. After Claires heroics, it is clear she needs to be alive, she is very important.

Um, Sylar apparently "absorbs" brains........but, it's never been revealed (and according to Tim Kring, it never will because there's nothing more special about "Sylar" than the fact that he can figure out what makes people "tick") "how" Sylar absorbs the powers.......it might be true for all heroes!!

Why were her clothes not destroyed by the fire? Darn.... haha-

My biggest question is about Mr. Nakamura and his connections with the organization Mr. Bennet worked for.

as for sylar's powers, i thought that once he took out the brain, he could look at the "special part"(of the brain) and see how it "ticks"
and someone said something about claire finding claude to learn how to use her powers, but that's kinda irrelevant unless there is something more to her power that we don't know about yet.

Finding Claude, as of right now, is pure conjecture..........here's some truths/facts in spoiler form:

Haha, yeah, that scene was awesome! They did amazing make-up! Her clothes looked pretty "burned" to me. But that bullet scene was grimy! Seriously, how the hell did the bullet get in her mouth? I thought Matt shot her in the neck?

And as for Claire trying to find Claude, I don't think it's gonna happen. There really would be no reason for her to find him only because she has no idea who he is...The flashbacks were just flashbacks for us to understand HRG's past, it's not like one of those narrative flashbacks that we have to assume that the story's being narrated to the characters as we're actually watching it. Also, the only reason Peter knew about him was because of his premonition and the coincidence that he was in NYC.

And I'm not surprised by the spoilers, you really don't have to think that deeply or at all to know that stuff is gonna happen. But I would find it interesting if Claire showed up in New York the same time as Jessica as she's about to try and kill Nathan.

I only have to said that I love this chapter and I think it was the best one of the season so far The actor that plays (played?? ) Mr. Bennet did a superb work and also Hayden imo. Agree, Claire walking out of the house was great, very good efects on that one!
